The Practice of Living Yoga
Yoga practice is dynamic and multi-faceted, it leaves no stone of the human experience unturned–inner or outer–and quietly dissolves the supposed boundary between the two.
The many choices that we make any given day (or lifetime) affect our practice experience. Conversely, formal practice shapes our capacities in the world.
The interior practices, such as yoga nidra, breath retention, meditation, self-reflection, and associated asanas, deliberately reshape the epicenter of where life experience actually occurs, within.
Said differently, the interior practices access the headwaters of how life unfolds with and through us.
All life experiences–such as tending to assumptions, feeling inspiration, and acting in the spirit of love and generosity–are palpable ways to cultivate yoga within and without, aligning our character with our fullest potential.
