MASTER CLASS SERIES

Taught by DYU’s lead instructor Derik Eselius, the Master Class Series is a unique way to study classical Hatha Yoga in a dedicated, yet accessible format.

Each month focuses on a dedicated topic – for example: Peace, The Science of Breath, Tantra, & Bandhas.  As the weeks pass, students accumulate workshop-quality lessons that move them forward on their continuous yoga journey.

Students need not attend the entire series.

DECEMBER & JANUARY:  THE WISDOM DIARIES – Part I and II

Throughout the year, I keep a special file to record words of wisdom from around the world – succinct words loaded with depth, meaning and sometimes laughter.  This December, we will open the vault, gather the very best of the accumulated wisdom of  this year, and use it to seed dynamic, insightful and even timeless yoga classes.

January Dates: 1, 8, 15, 22 & 29

Derik Eselius (ERYT-1000)  A student of tantra, raja & karma yoga for over thirty years, he makes ancient yogic knowledge both accessible and practical for the modern yogi. Learn the deeper principles and how to apply them.
