WEEKLY MASTER CLASSES

Taught by DYU’s lead instructor Derik Eselius, the weekly Master Classes are a unique way to study classical Hatha Yoga in a dedicated, yet accessible, donation-based format.
Each month focuses on a dedicated topic. As the weeks pass, students accumulate workshop-quality lessons that move them forward on their continuous yoga journey. In addition, this is a perfect complement to yoga teacher training study and research.
