MAY THEME: Wisdom of the Yoga Sutras

Written by the great sage Pataรฑjali, the Yoga Sutras offer a roadmap into the deeper vision and path of yoga. What is the aim of yoga in contemporary life? How do we develop self-awareness? And where are the inner buttons that access deeper states of freedom? We will review key sutras and experientially explore the deeper layers of practice through chanting, sutra study, asana, meditation, and pranayama.

Seen in their original light, they tell a much deeper story of our relationship with creation and our unique place in the world.
