2025 Annual SPRING Cleanse

– Based on Ayurvedic Protocol –

This Spring, take deep reset and renewal with DYU teachers Beth Sanchez and Derik Eselius. Based on Ayurvedic cleanse methods, this gradual elimination and reintroduction diet will be coupled with regenerative herbs, fasting and bonus yoga classes.

Stages & Dates:

#1  Intro. & Set Up – Wednesday, April 23 – (7:15PM to 8:30PM)
Get an overview of what’s to come, the supplies you need, and build a safe and sacred container with fellow cleansers. You are not alone. Online or In-Person.

#2  Cleanse Launch! – Sunday, April 27 – Begin the process of a gradual elimination diet and set an intention for our collective success!

#3 Morning Yoga Practice, Online – Tues. April 29 – (7:30AM to 8:30AM) – Zoom link below.

#4 Evening Yoga Practice, Online – Thurs. May 1, (7:30PM to 8:45PM) – Zoom link below.

#5 The Deep Cleanse – Sat. May 3 to Sun. May 4 – A weekend of healing and renewal during the 2-3 day liquid-only phase. BONUS: In-Person Restorative Yoga Class. Details below.

#6 Restorative Yoga Class, In-Person – Sun. May 4 – (10:30AM to 12PM) – Receive the medicine of Restorative Yoga in community.

#7 Master Class, In-Person & Online – Wed. May 7 – (5:45PM to 7PM) – Join a weekly DYU Master Class. This series is a unique way to study classical Hatha Yoga in a dedicated, yet accessible format. Each month explores a new theme.

#8 Potluck Gathering, Reflections & Next Steps, In-Person & Online – Saturday, May 10 – (12:30PM to 2:30PM) – Wow, that was AMAZING! Great work team! Where to from here?

Detail Summary:

  • Initial Gathering on Apr. 23 and All In Person classes are held at DYU Headquarters, 3250 E. 6th Ave.

Investment:

Option #1: Fair Market Value – Some people would rather just have it all settled before the workshop gets started. If that’s you, you can pay the market value of $225 in advance.

Option #2: Pay What You Can – Submit a $100 deposit to secure your space in the cleanse (let us know if you can’t swing that). The deposit is refundable up until two weeks before the Cleanse. At the end of the cleanse, Pay What You Can in addition to the deposit, it’s up to you.

Repeat Cleansers: Daily step by step instruction on the Canvas App and support by teachers and fellow cleansers. Please join again for a flat rate of $75. Cleansing gets easier the more you do it!
