The Denver Yoga Underground specializes in advanced programs including: yoga workshops, retreats and yoga teacher training. At times, we do joint presentations with community organizations who provide yoga classes to communities in need. All events happen at the Sixth Ave. UCC or online as noted.

Go beyond the mear physicality of yoga postures and discover their intimate connection with the force of nature. On solstice day, 2021, we will learn the deeper principles of yoga and practice and “sun salutation” as a way to connect with the mighty power of this life giving star.
Includes: Theory, Pranayama, Asana, Mantra, Bandha & Meditation
