Yoga Nidra is a powerful technique in which one learns to relax consciously. It is the practice of dynamic sleep where one comes into physical, mental and emotional relaxation while maintaining focus and inner awareness.

Please Bring with You:

  • A yoga mat
  • Warm layers and socks
  • Any props to be comfortable in Nidra – eye pillows, thin pillow, bolster, etc.

  • Suggested donation / drop-in rate $12-$20
