Open Houses

Yoga teacher training is a big investment of your time, resources and energy. It’s understandable that you would want to check it out and attend one of our open houses. No matter whose program you take, ytt asks a lot of you.

Our open houses are opportunity to meet with the Denver Yoga Underground’s lead teacher Derik Eselius, along with DYU graduates, and other folks who want to know more about our contemplative and holistic yoga teacher training.

Additionally, you will get to experience a class featuring classic theory asana, pranayama, and meditation.  I’m sure there will be some moments of laughter in there as well.
