Yoga & Gong Bath

Denver Yoga Underground and gong bath maestro ,Gary Fishman, team up once again to offer a cosmic vibrational journey of gentle movement and sound healing.

The evening begins with a nurturing yoga class, then we transition into an immersion of primal sounds and vibrations through bells, gongs, singing bowls, and didgeridoos orchestrated by Gary. Participants will lie on your blanket or mat and let the primal sounds of gongs wash over you and renew your connection to the cosmos.

This annual event is a celebration of grassroots accessibility and holistic healing arts through Denver Yoga Underground.

Act I: 45 min. All levels Yoga class taught by Derik Eselius

~ Intermission: 15 min. ~

Act II: 75 min. Gong Bath with Gong master, Gary Fishman
