This is the Denver Yoga Underground confirmation page; Below, please find some essential information for attending a DYU Event:

DYU Event Confirmation Details:

1. Please arrive early.

2. DYU HQ Address: 3250 E. Sixth Ave. Denver, 80206. Inside the United Church of Christ, unless otherwise indicated (rare exceptions) PLEASE NOTE, we often partner with our sister studio, Samadhi Yoga located at 639 E 19th Ave, Denver, CO 80203. Please check your event details carefully.

3. As a simple suggestion I recommend parking on or North of Sixth Ave. Unlimited parking there. Be mindful of neighbor’s driveways. There are closer options (on Adams St.) after 5pm.

4. On Sunday mornings, park at least a block away from the church as they will be holding congregation, the majority of which are quite elderly.

5. We have many props, however, if you want extra support – especially for Gong Baths – I suggest you bring anything you need along.

6. Keep your valuables in the practice space.

7. For weekend workshops feel free to bring fruit and snacks to share. I also suggest bringing a brown bag lunch as well, so you have more time to connect with your peers during lunch. We have just an hour.
