This Fall, take deep reset and renewal with DYU teachers Beth Sanchez and Derik Eselius. Based on Ayurvedic cleanse methods, this gradual elimination and reintroduction diet will be coupled with regenerative herbs, fasting and bonus yoga classes.

Ideal for:

  • People who want to take ownership of their health
  • Have an interest in yoga and spiritual practice
  • Feel ready to engage wholesome discipline
  • Those who want a habit and lifestyle reboot

Stages & Dates:

#1  Intro. & Set Up – Sun. Oct. 1st, 6:15pm
Get an overview of what’s to come, the supplies you need, and build a sacred container for your cleanse. Connect with your fellow cleansers.

#2  Launch! – Fri. Oct. 6

Begin the process of a gradual elimination diet, lifestyle hygiene, and fortifying a full commitment for everyone’s success.

#3 Gentle Yoga Classes – Wed. Oct. 11, 5:45-7pm (w/ Derik at the church)  & Thurs. Oct. 12 and 19th from 7-8:30pm (w/ Beth at Courageous Yoga at 13th and Sherman; $10 donation requested for Restorative classes).

#4  The Deep Cleanse/Fast – Sat. & Sun., Oct. 14,15

A weekend of deep healing during the 2-3 day liquid-only (or fast) phase.  Take time for meditation, rest, reflection, prayer, journaling, intention setting, atonement.  Be sure to watch your dreams and energetic experiences during this powerful time.

#5  Dietary Reintroduction & Completion  Mon. Oct 16 – 20 – Skillfully build up the diet and do a week of Rasayan (rejuvenation).  Receive support for this vital stage.

#6  Closing Lunch & Share – Sat. Oct. 21, 12:30-2:30

Submit a $100 deposit to secure your space in the cleanse (let us know if you can’t swing that).  The deposit is refundable up until two weeks before the Cleanse. At 

at the end of the cleanse, Pay What You Can in addition to the deposit, it’s up to you.
